Our Mission
At H.O.O.D.Educators, our mission is to transform and develop the daily mindset of today's urban youth and their parents by engaging and exposing both to a variety of experiences that are academic and practical so they view the world with limitless possibilities throughout all facets of life, and to promote the social upliftment of their community, while preparing youth to become contributing members to society.
Our Programs
We offer a variety of programs to promote the social wellbeing of our community. We have our Annual Back and Wellness Drive, Thanksgiving Day Feeiding, Christmas Day Feeing, Our Annual HOODEducators BBQ and our HOODEducators Pursuit Of Our Dreams Mentoring Program where we raise money for Schools and various causes. We also sponsor students and have hosted College Bus Tours for middle and high school students.

Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Our Volunteers
During our Community Backpack Drive in September 2024 HOODEducators partnered with Everything Beauty in St. Albans to provide free hair braiding for young girls in our community.
